Metallized Polypropylene is a major raw material in a Capacitor and sets the quality standards of the Capacitor. Customers can choose a width between 15-110 mm and an Outer diameter between 230-330mm Zinc Alloy Metallized Films. We also offer series Metallized Film for High Voltage applications.
Capacitors made of TIBCON FILM have high voltage strength and a low loss factor tan δ of 2x10-4. Due to a very low water absorption of < 0,1 %, even rather thin metal layers are stable. Depending on the capacitor design, high operation temperatures of 100°C and more can be achieved.
