Testing Facilities
100% Quality is assured at every stage of producton using the best parasites in assurance. Statistical Sampling Techniques are employed in measuring the Quality parameter. The quality checking is done in four stages, as follows:

 
Raw material Inspection : The characteristics of the BOPP film like Thickness, Corona level and Breakdown voltage are tested on the samples from raw material. Most of the Raw Materials are supplied by highly reputed manufacturers. Samples of raw materials are regularly audited for Quality and Conformity.
 
 
In - process Inspection : All production processes are done in highly automated equipments. Regular Calibration of all equipments is carried out. All elements are tested and short cleared in Automatic machines.
 
 
Final Inspection : Loss factor & capacitance of each component is tested & those not in the predefined range are rejected. The other aspects like cleanliness, print quality, lead length & Tags are also checked.
 
 
Final Audit : Re-checking is done on the samples drawn from fully checked components.
Endurance test is regularly carried on samples of products. The Tests are carried out at 1.25 times the rated voltage and at 85 degrees ambient temperature. Tibcon capacitors are qualified for operation life of over 10,000 hours
TIBCON Capacitors are type tested at accredited laboratories like National Test House, Electronic Research and Development Agency and Central Power Research Institute. Certificate of type testing is made available on request.
